Trust on ImmLink is established through verification. This policy defines what is verified at each level, how it is verified, and what verification does not mean.

1. Level 1 — Identity Verified

Confirm the member is a real individual.

Real person verification

2. Level 2 — Professional Verified

Confirm professional legitimacy.

Immigration lawyer
Registered consultant
Licensed professional
Certified recruiter

ImmLink verifies professional licences and credentials, and checks registration status using publicly available or submitted evidence where applicable.

3. Level 3 — Organization Verified

Confirm legitimate business entities.

Business registration
Official website
Corporate email
Business information
Organization ownership (where applicable)

4. Level 4 — Professional Reputation

Recognise professional standing earned through real work.

Verified reviews
Trust score
Professional history
Professional Passport

Professional reputation is never manually assigned. It is earned, and it changes over time.

5. Evidence and review

Verification is carried out using documents submitted by the member and, where applicable, publicly available registers. ImmLink may request further evidence, re-verify at any time, and suspend a verification level when evidence lapses, expires or is withdrawn.

6. Limits of verification

Verification confirms identity and credentials. It does not guarantee future behaviour.

Verification badges are signals about verified facts at a point in time. They are not an endorsement, a recommendation, or an assurance of professional performance.
