ImmLink is building a platform in which people who meaningfully contribute to the growth of the platform may have an opportunity to participate in the long-term value they help create.
This is a public policy and vision page. It is not an investment page, a securities offering, a stock marketplace, or an equity-management system.
Who this is for
The long-term program is intended to potentially include qualifying RCICs, immigration professionals, platform users, contributors, partners, strategic participants, and other eligible members of the ImmLink ecosystem. Eligibility is subject to the applicable program rules and legal requirements. This is an ImmLink platform-level program, not a feature of any single product or professional designation.
The ImmLink Growth Journey
User → Contributor → Partner → Option Holder → Shareholder → Leadership Candidate. The progression is aspirational and eligibility-based. It does not imply that every participant automatically advances to the next stage.
- Stage 1
User
Anyone who joins ImmLink and uses the platform. Registration alone does not provide shares, options or equity of any kind.
- Stage 2
Contributor
A participant who makes recognised contributions to growth, professional knowledge, product quality or community life.
- Stage 3
Partner
A sustained contributor recognised under the ImmLink Partner framework, subject to eligibility and applicable program rules.
- Stage 4
Option Holder
An eligible participant who has received an equity option grant under the applicable ImmLink option plan. An option is not a share.
- Stage 5
Shareholder
A participant who has validly exercised vested options under the applicable plan and agreements may become a shareholder.
- Stage 6
Leadership Candidate
Exceptional long-term Partners and shareholders may be considered for a Leadership Circle or Board Candidate Pool. Consideration is not appointment.
Ownership mechanism
The standard public mechanism is equity options — not direct, automatic share issuance.
- Registration alone does not provide shares or equity.
- Eligible participants may become eligible for equity option grants under the applicable ImmLink option plan.
- An option is not the same as a share.
- Options may become exercisable only after applicable vesting and other conditions have been satisfied.
- If a participant validly exercises vested options under the applicable plan and agreements, the participant may become a shareholder.
- Not every user will receive options.

ImmLink Partner Option Program
The ImmLink Partner Option Program is intended to be the standard equity-option pathway for eligible platform participants. Option grants may depend on:

- Corporate approvals
- Applicable law
Exact numbers of options, percentage ownership, exercise price, company valuation, and grant size are not specified here. Those details belong in formal option-plan documents and individual grant agreements.

Options are intended to reward sustained participation rather than short-term registration. Possible conditions may include:

Strategic Equity
The standard Partner Option Program does not eliminate ImmLink's ability to negotiate separate equity arrangements. ImmLink reserves the right to negotiate separate arrangements with selected parties, including:

- Founders
- Strategic partners
- Investors
- Professionals
- Institutions
- Major business partners
- Other parties
These arrangements may include different forms of equity or equity-linked incentives and may have terms different from the standard Partner Option Program. Strategic equity is not automatically available, and specific percentages are not disclosed.
From Ownership to Leadership
Exceptional long-term Partners and shareholders may be considered for an ImmLink Leadership Circle or Board Candidate Pool. Potential considerations may include:

- Governance capability
- Compliance history
- Commitment to ImmLink's long-term interests
Ownership is not governance
- Equity ownership does not automatically create a board seat.
- Potential board participation is a separate governance matter.
- Any future director appointment or election must follow corporate law, governing corporate documents, shareholder rights, applicable governance requirements, and formal company procedures.

Long-term vision
ImmLink is being built for significant long-term scale. Depending on future circumstances, the company may consider financing, strategic transactions, acquisition, restructuring, public-market opportunities, or a potential IPO or other liquidity event.
An IPO or liquidity event is not guaranteed. Nothing on this page suggests guaranteed share appreciation, guaranteed financial return, guaranteed liquidity, or guaranteed conversion into publicly traded shares.
