Every member passes identity verification before they can participate in collaboration.

2. Verified organizations

Business registration, ownership and corporate contact details are checked before an organization is recognised.

3. Secure communication

Messaging stays inside the platform, access-controlled and tied to a verified professional identity.

4. Collaboration records

Agreements, milestones and completion confirmations are recorded as durable professional evidence.

5. Professional reputation

Reputation is derived from verified, completed work — it cannot be purchased or manually assigned.

6. Payment workflow

Protected payment through regulated third-party infrastructure, released on completion confirmation.

7. Dispute documentation

The full collaboration record supports dispute review with evidence, not recollection.

8. Where protection applies

Platform protection is strongest when collaboration remains within the ImmLink ecosystem — the record, the payment workflow and the reputation outcome all depend on it. Professionals are free to collaborate outside ImmLink. Doing so is not a breach of these terms — it simply falls outside the platform's protections. Platform protections and reputation benefits apply only to collaborations managed and completed through ImmLink. Collaborations conducted entirely outside the platform may not qualify for:

• Verified collaboration history
• Trust score updates
• Professional recommendations
• Reputation growth
• Dispute support
• Collaboration records

9. Limits of protection

Verification confirms identity and credentials. It does not guarantee future behaviour.

Protected payments are processed through regulated third-party payment infrastructure. ImmLink is not a bank, financial institution or licensed escrow provider, and does not hold funds in that capacity.
