Acceptable Use Policy

1. Intended use

ImmLink exists for verified immigration professionals and organizations to discover counterparts, collaborate securely and build professional records. Use of the platform for any other purpose is not permitted.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited on the platform:

• Misrepresenting identity, licence status or credentials
• Publishing misleading opportunities or availability
• Scraping, harvesting or bulk-exporting member data
• Disclosing another member's private identity or contact details without consent
• Unsolicited advertising, recruitment spam or mass messaging
• Circumventing verification, blocking or suspension controls
• Uploading malware or attempting to breach platform security
• Any unlawful activity, or facilitating immigration fraud

3. Content standards

Content published to the platform must be accurate, professional and lawful. Client information must never be published on public surfaces. Confidential material shared in a collaboration workspace may be used only for that collaboration.

4. Automated access

Automated access is permitted only through interfaces ImmLink provides for that purpose. Rate limits, access controls and audit logging apply to all access.

5. Reporting

Members can report content, conduct or accounts from anywhere in the product. Reports are reviewed and recorded; ImmLink may request evidence from the parties involved.

6. Enforcement

Breach of this policy may result in content removal, loss of a verification level, restriction of features, suspension or permanent removal from the network. Serious matters may be referred to the relevant regulator or authority.
