Professional collaboration requires confidence in who you are working with. Immigration work is regulated, confidential and consequential, and a referral placed with the wrong counterpart carries real cost for the professional and the client alike.
Verification exists to protect the integrity of the professional community. Reviewing identity and credentials before a member earns Verified Professional status keeps collaboration between people who can be accounted for.
Not every registered member is verified. ImmLink shows exactly where each member stands, so you always know what has been reviewed and what has not.

Register as an individual professional or on behalf of an organization. Registration creates an account; it does not grant verified status.

Confirm your email address to activate the account and continue to onboarding.

Submit professional credentials
Add your profession, licensing or regulatory registration, jurisdictions of practice and supporting documentation.

Identity review
The ImmLink team reviews identity documentation to confirm that the person behind the account is who they say they are.

Professional credential review
Licensing, registration and professional standing are reviewed against the requirements of the declared jurisdiction.

A structured onboarding conversation to understand the practice, confirm key information and answer questions about collaborating on ImmLink.

Verification badges are applied to the professional profile and collaboration features are unlocked.

The live interview applies where the ImmLink team considers it appropriate for the profession, jurisdiction or organization. It may be held over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, In-person meeting.
Registered, verified and interview verified
Not every registered member is verified. ImmLink states clearly what has been reviewed for each member, so you always know who you are working with.

Registered Member
An account has been created and the email address confirmed.
A registered member can explore the platform and prepare a professional profile. Registration alone does not confirm identity, licensing or professional standing, and it is never presented as verification.
- Level 2
Verified Professional
Identity and professional credentials have been reviewed by the ImmLink team.
A verified professional has submitted identity documentation and professional credentials, and both have passed review. Verified professionals can publish collaboration opportunities and availability, and take part in collaboration workspaces.
- Level 3
Interview Verified Professional
A structured onboarding conversation with the ImmLink team has been completed, where applicable.
In addition to identity and credential review, this professional has spoken directly with the ImmLink team to confirm key information about their practice. The interview is a trust-building conversation, not an examination or a professional competency assessment.
