Collaboration Policy

Collaboration is the core of ImmLink. This policy defines how collaborations are formed, run, completed and recorded — and what each professional remains responsible for.

1. Ownership of professional relationships

Professionals own their professional relationships. ImmLink provides the infrastructure that enables professional relationships to develop securely. ImmLink does not claim ownership of professional clients or business relationships.

2. Forming a collaboration

Collaboration begins when two verified professionals agree scope, responsibilities, timelines and fees through a collaboration agreement recorded on the platform. Each professional remains independently responsible for their own regulatory obligations, client engagement terms and professional advice.

3. Working in the collaboration workspace

Documents, milestones, decisions and messages exchanged for a collaboration belong in its workspace. Information shared there is confidential and may be used only for that collaboration.

4. Completion and confirmation

A collaboration is complete when both professionals confirm completion. Completion confirmation releases any protected payment and records the collaboration as verified professional history.

5. Reputation from collaboration

Professional reputation is earned only through collaborations completed within the platform.

  • Professional Passport
  • Trust Score
  • Recommendations
  • Verified collaboration history
  • Professional reputation
  • Platform recognition

6. Disputes

Where professionals disagree, the collaboration record — agreement, workspace activity, milestones and confirmations — forms the evidence base for dispute review. ImmLink facilitates dispute documentation and review; it is not an arbitrator of legal or regulatory questions and is not a party to the engagement.

7. Collaborating outside ImmLink

Professionals are free to collaborate outside ImmLink. Doing so is not a breach of these terms — it simply falls outside the platform's protections. Platform protections and reputation benefits apply only to collaborations managed and completed through ImmLink. Collaborations conducted entirely outside the platform may not qualify for:

  • Verified collaboration history
  • Trust score updates
  • Professional recommendations
  • Reputation growth
  • Dispute support
  • Collaboration records
