ImmLink is not a law firm, an immigration consultancy, an employment agency, a freelancer marketplace, a CRM, a social network.

2. Verification framework

Level 1 — Identity Verified: Confirm the member is a real individual. Level 2 — Professional Verified: Confirm professional legitimacy. Level 3 — Organization Verified: Confirm legitimate business entities. Level 4 — Professional Reputation: Recognise professional standing earned through real work.

Verification confirms identity and credentials. It does not guarantee future behaviour.

5. Collaboration model

Professionals own their professional relationships. ImmLink provides the infrastructure that enables professional relationships to develop securely. ImmLink does not claim ownership of professional clients or business relationships.

6. Payment model

Joining ImmLink is free. Verified membership is free. Platform revenue is generated when professionals successfully collaborate through ImmLink.

Platform revenue is described exclusively as the ImmLink Collaboration Service Fee. Protected payments are processed through regulated third-party payment infrastructure. ImmLink is not a bank, financial institution or licensed escrow provider, and does not hold funds in that capacity.

10. Off-platform collaboration

Professionals are free to collaborate outside ImmLink. Doing so is not a breach of these terms — it simply falls outside the platform's protections. Platform protections and reputation benefits apply only to collaborations managed and completed through ImmLink. Collaborations conducted entirely outside the platform may not qualify for:
