These terms govern access to and use of the ImmLink platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ImmLink, you agree to these terms. If you use ImmLink on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Accounts are intended for professionals and organizations active in the immigration industry. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Professional responsibility
ImmLink is a collaboration platform. It does not provide legal or immigration advice and is not a party to any engagement between users. Each professional remains solely responsible for their regulatory obligations, licensing and the advice they give.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misrepresent credentials, publish misleading opportunities, scrape or harvest data, disclose another user's private identity or contact details without consent, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
5. Content and confidentiality
You retain rights to content you publish and grant ImmLink the licence needed to operate the service. Information shared within a collaboration must be treated as confidential and used only for that collaboration.
6. Verification and trust
Verification, trust indicators and status labels reflect information available to ImmLink at a point in time. They are signals, not guarantees, and do not constitute an endorsement of any professional.
7. Fees
Certain features may require a paid membership. Applicable prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are presented before purchase.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required to protect the integrity of the network. You may close your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. ImmLink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or from engagements between users.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the platform. Any disputes will be resolved under the governing law stated at the time of contracting.
