Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ImmLink, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you use ImmLink on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organization.

2. What ImmLink is

ImmLink is a Verified Professional Collaboration Platform for immigration professionals worldwide. ImmLink provides the infrastructure that enables trusted professional collaboration.

ImmLink is not a law firm, an immigration consultancy, an employment agency, a freelancer marketplace, a CRM, a social network. ImmLink is not a party to any engagement between members and does not provide legal or immigration advice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are intended for professionals and organizations active in the immigration industry. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials current and secure, and you remain responsible for activity under your account.

4. Professional responsibility

Each professional remains solely responsible for their licensing, regulatory obligations, scope of practice and the advice they give. The Professional Conduct Policy forms part of these terms.

5. Verification

Verification levels reflect information available to ImmLink at a point in time and are governed by the Verification Policy. They are signals, not endorsements.

Verification confirms identity and credentials. It does not guarantee future behaviour.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the platform is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Misrepresenting credentials, publishing misleading opportunities, harvesting data, disclosing another member's private identity, or unlawful use are prohibited.

7. Collaboration and relationships

Professionals own their professional relationships. ImmLink provides the infrastructure that enables professional relationships to develop securely. ImmLink does not claim ownership of professional clients or business relationships. Professionals are free to collaborate outside ImmLink. Doing so is not a breach of these terms — it simply falls outside the platform's protections. Platform protections and reputation benefits apply only to collaborations managed and completed through ImmLink.

8. Content and confidentiality

You retain rights to content you publish and grant ImmLink the licence needed to operate the service. Information shared within a collaboration is confidential and may be used only for that collaboration.

9. Fees

Joining ImmLink is free. Verified membership is free. Platform revenue is generated when professionals successfully collaborate through ImmLink. The ImmLink Collaboration Service Fee and the protected payment workflow are described in the Payment Policy, and applicable amounts are presented before a collaboration agreement is accepted.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required to protect the integrity of the network. You may close your account at any time; collaboration records required for dispute, legal or regulatory purposes are retained.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. ImmLink does not guarantee:

• Legal outcomes
• Immigration outcomes
• Commercial success
• Financial returns
• Business performance
• Professional competence beyond verified credentials
• Contractual performance

ImmLink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or from engagements between members.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the platform before they take effect. Disputes are resolved under the governing law stated at the time of contracting.
