ImmLink separates your public professional identity from your verified private identity. Public surfaces show professional capability only. Real name, licence details and contact information remain private until you accept a connection or explicitly choose to share them.

Information is used to operate the platform, verify identity, credentials and organizations, enable collaboration and messaging, maintain collaboration and reputation records, support disputes, protect the integrity of the network, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only with parties you connect or collaborate with, with regulators or registers where verification requires it, with payment providers processing a protected collaboration payment, and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations — or where required by applicable law.

5. Security and retention

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and audit logging. Information is retained while your account is active, and afterwards only as required for legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Verified collaboration records needed to keep the reputation system accurate may be retained in a restricted form.
