Payment Policy

1. Business model

Joining ImmLink is free. Verified membership is free. Platform revenue is generated when professionals successfully collaborate through ImmLink.

2. ImmLink Collaboration Service Fee

Platform revenue is described exclusively as the ImmLink Collaboration Service Fee. It is not a transaction fee, a marketplace fee or a commission: it represents the value the platform contributes to a successful collaboration, including:

• Professional verification
• Secure collaboration
• Collaboration workspace
• Payment workflow
• Dispute support
• Reputation building
• Trust recognition
• Collaboration records

3. Protected collaboration payment workflow

Professional A → Professional B → Collaboration agreement → Protected payment → Workspace collaboration → Completion confirmation → Funds released → Professional reputation updated

Funds are released only after both professionals confirm completion. The completed collaboration then updates professional reputation.

4. Payment infrastructure

Protected payments are processed through regulated third-party payment infrastructure. ImmLink is not a bank, financial institution or licensed escrow provider, and does not hold funds in that capacity.

5. Fees, taxes and currency

Applicable service fees, currency and any taxes are shown before a collaboration agreement is accepted. Professionals remain responsible for their own invoicing, tax treatment and regulatory reporting obligations.

6. Refunds and disputes

Where a collaboration is cancelled before completion, protected funds are returned according to the terms recorded in the collaboration agreement. Disputed payments are reviewed against the collaboration record; payment-processor rules also apply.
